Bring the Party Outside

Last weekend, we hosted a stunning wedding in what’s probably my favorite spot on the estate – the pavilion. Wildflowers in deep purple hues complemented black, white, and gold tablescapes, which looked beautiful with the greens of spring in the background. The bride and groom used the lawn on both sides of the pavilion for the ceremony, their cocktail hour, and lawn games. The entire event was both elegant and whimsical, intimate and relaxed.

The pavilion is a covered space that is such an ideal location during warmer weather for any type of event: cocktail receptions, showers, birthday parties, even corporate meetings. The sides are open, providing for fresh air, while retractable panels are available if the weather isn’t cooperating. For those chilly spring nights that we’re still enjoying right now, portable heaters do a great job of keeping everyone comfortable. And its location, on the far side of the Inn, gives our guests all the privacy they may want for their special occasion.

Upcoming pavilion events:

On Saturday, June 2, join us for our first outdoor concert of the year! We are offering an all-you-can-eat BBQ and dancing to Hurley Mountain Highway Band, who play all of our favorite songs from the ‘60s, ‘70s, and beyond. Click here for details and to make your reservations.

Celebrate Father’s Day in style! On Sunday, June 18, join us for live music and a lobster bake in honor of Dad. We’ll be holding lawn games outside the pavilion and a dinner choice of lobster or steak. More details and reservation info can be found here.

Make sure to check our website for upcoming concerts this summer! Back by popular demand, Jungle Love and Hurley Mountain Highway Band will be performing in July and August!
