Restaurant Six (formerly Le Chambord) combines Hudson Valley fare, European ambiance, and the Curry Girls' warmth and hospitality.

We have worked hard with our Executive Chef to update the menu and bring a new balance of casual and fine dining for any day of the week while maintaining the high quality 4-star cuisine our restaurant is known for.

Our wine list is filled with selections from all over the world as well as favorites from the local wineries (for which the Hudson Valley is known). The SS Beverly Bar mixes up signature cocktails along with the classics.

The veranda offers a beautiful outdoor dining area for a casual cocktail, lite fare, or full meal.
SS Beverly Bar
Located downstairs in the Main House is the
SS Beverly Bar, affectionately named after the Curry Girls' Mom. The space is filled with original nautical artifacts from the ship Nautilus, a turn-of-the century sailing vessel.
