About the Event
Ivan Daniel Pitt is a guitarist and singer/songwriter from Kingston, NY. He recorded his latest solo album, "Songs From The Hudson Valley" this past summer. While the song styles vary from indie-folk to bluegrass to rock to blues, all of the songs are rooted in the imagery and experiences of the Hudson Valley. Ivan plays a Martin D-15 acoustic guitar and a Gibson Midtown Standard electric guitar for dynamic tones. And, he uses a loop pedal to create up to five simultaneous rhythms and leads. Of course, he throws in plenty of popular covers in his sets, too.
